The Sugarmark is a food standard. It’s used on sugar packs to confirm that the contents are pure sugar and on food packaging to show that the only sweetening ingredient is pure sugar. At a time when many of us worry about the origin and quality of our food, the Sugarmark gives assurance. Where you see it, you can be sure that the sugar is grown on the land and not in the lab. The Sugarmark is used by producers and manufacturers across the sugar and food, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries.
